In the historic Astori Cheese Making plant located in the quiet city of Tolmezzo, which has always been a commercial and trading place for the people of the surrounding valleys, Tosoni dedicates special attention to its valuable local dairy tradition.
In addition to the famous and delicious products of Italian gastronomy, selected with passion according to strict quality criteria, Tosoni supports a selection of the rarest and most valuable types of mountain cheeses, preserving the traditional flavors of Friuli and the Alps.
